It is our mission to teach people the "law of the paw" dog training from the dog's perspective. We work with owners to train their dogs to be good family companions. And, for those who want more, we offer advance classes in obedience, tricks, flyball, agility and dock diving. For the busy pet owner, we offer Doggie Daycare and Drop-off Training!

We are conveniently located 1 block east of the intersection of the Elgin O'Hare expressway and Lake Street and 1 block west of the intersection of Gary Avenue and Lake Street, click here for directions.

Paw Law Training & Daycare would like to extend its CONRATULATIONS to its past & present students and their canine companions who successfully competed at the 2010 Summer Splash in Loves Park in June!  Many of these dogs jumped off the dock for the first time at Spencer's Pond.  And, for some of the dogs this was their very first Dock Diving competition.

Why do we dock dive with our dogs?  First, because our dogs LOVE it; second, we get to spend a weekend with other crazy dog people; and finally, for BRAGGING Rights.  Below are Paw Law's brags from the 2010 Summer Splash:

            •  Tied for 2nd Place in EXTREME VERTICAL with a personal best of 6'8"
            •  2nd Place in SPEED RETRIEVE FINALS
            •  3rd Place in ELITE BIG AIR FINALS

Don & Huckleberry (aka Crazy Legs Huck)
            •  4th Place IRON DOG
            •  1st Place in MASTER BIG AIR FINALS
            •  3rd Place in EXTREME VERTICAL
            •  8th Place in SPEED RETRIEVE FINALS

Donny & Tinkerbell (aka Tinky Dinks)
            •  This was Tinkerbell's FIRST Dock Diving competition and she had a
                Personal Best of 3'5"
